You can now book online or alternatively ring us on the phone numbers provided.
We can deliver and set up your castle/inflatable from 7.30am onwards .. We will also come and take down after your party has finished, collection can be arranged overnight for an additional fee, but needs to be arranged when you book with the team. If you have booked a certain location for your party such as a local hall we can delivery at specific times as long as this has been mentioned when you make the booking.
We don’t close! All bouncy castle / Inflatables are available 7 days a week all year round.
We find that the majority of customers prefer to pay cash on arrival of the castle / inflatable. Or you can pay online if you book online. For customer that would like to pay via Cheque, payments need to be received in sufficient time for funds to clear before event day.
Yes of course, We can happily send a copy of insurance documents to anybody no problem at all.
We provide safety instructions with every hire so nothing to worry about.
You can leave it until the day of your event to book but just be mindful that we may have no availability . In the summer months we recommend booking in advance and for bank holiday weekends as it’s very busy.
Our bouncy castles are delivered on a sack truck so we need clear access for this (at least 2.5ft please). Make sure paths and access routes are clear.
Yes, we supply the necessary safety mats with every bouncy castle / inflatable.

FAQ’s Of Events
If you can kindly arrive 10-15 minutes before your session time, this will allow time for parking your vehicle, signing in and queuing ready for your session to start.
No I’m afraid, you are responsible for your child. If any child is under the age of 16 then they must accompanied by an adult.
Yes of course, Safety is our number one priority and we have over 20 years’ experience in the leisure industry working with events. We don’t crowd the inflatables as there are plenty to choose from
If there is room yes, we do really advise you to pop online to book tickets in advance because we have a maximum capacity per venue for health and safety purposes, which tie into the risk assessments.
We aim to serve refreshments at every venue but this really does depend on which venue we are at. Please call or email us ahead and we can certainly let you know.
Trousers & Jumper are fine, but the most important thing is socks. You must wear socks to go into the inflatable play centre.
Yes , there is no extra charge for this.
Session type one – Our Open session is for children up to 16 years.
We have our toddler play park which is perfect for under 5’s included within this session.
Session type two – Adults only session. This is time for the grownups to have all the fun!
We aim to run 1 hour 30 minute sessions, However this can vary from venue to venue.
If on a rare occasion, We have the make changes and cancel an event and confirmed bookings are in place, we will attempt to contact as soon as possible. You will of course be given the option to either transfer your ticket to another venue or receive a refund.
